how do I keep the paints from drying out between coats.
Try a product called, "Hi-slo". Its clear and mixes with your paint and slows drying.
Also you can use small containers like film comes in, or individual pudding containers with foil over the top.
do it very fast, really, do the stenciling in sections
Just do a small section at a time.
stencil first then outline it with the color of paint that you want then paint the rest and why you are painting keep on doing over coats until your done:)
Use a small amount of glaze (sold where paints are sold and comes in different sheens) mixing it in with your paint it allows a little extra "wet" time.
u can use a different acrylic paint, dry bush paint....otherwise i'm not sure...or u can call ur local craft store and they could tell u.
