i need to replace my wrought iron security door.....i can't unscrew the bolts securing the frame to the wood?

Why can't you unscrew them? Are they stripped? Are they too hard to turn? Are they rusted in place? Each has its own solution.
If they are stripped, use a drill and a bit the same size as the head. Drill the head off of each screw and remove the door. Then you can use a pair of Vise Grips to remove the screws.
If they are too hard to turn, you can try a drill with a bit holder. Use one with a side handle to give you some extra leverage.
Is it rusted in place? Spray with penetrating oil, let it sit for about 20-30 minutes, and try to remove it again.

If you have a heavy duty drill, it should have the muscle power to unscrew the bolt. If not, contact the hardware dept at Lowes and see what they suggest. Good luck.

use a hacksaw to cut a slot across the head of the bolt deep enough to accept a flat blade screwdriver then unscrew the bolt, hope this helps !
Did you check that those bolts have a standard head on them? Sometimes security ones have odd heads that will mean you need to get a unique driver bit. They do that so that a burglar doesn't just come along and unscrew it and toss it aside.
If you don't see either a hex type head, a straight slot, or an x-shaped slot then you could take a photo of it and bring it into the hardware store to get a driver bit that matches it.
As far as muscle power if you have the right tools you can out- muscle anything using a variable speed drill or a correct size wrench.

if they are one way flat screws, cut them off with a grinder or hacksaw, pull the frames and wrench them out with visegrips or pliers.

Our apartments are in the same side of the building and we have a common door (iron) for security purposes. When we get home we have to open that door so that we can reach our apartment doors. There is quite a lot of space between the door and our apartment doors.
Recently I have a quarrel with my neighbour for he is using that area for his personal things (a locker, a shoe shelve and other materials). I talked to him explaining that the place is supposed to be a area for both of us and it is not convenient to put personal belongins there and on the other hand it will be dangerous in case of fire.
He argued that those things do not bother me but finally he accepted with bad mood and returned the things inside, but from then on, everytime he goes out or comes back, he purposedly slams the iron door causing a great bang and rush into his apartment. I don't want to talk to him again because this kind of behaviour is not of a normal person and I am not to teach him manners. Please help
i'd write a formal letter to the owner/manager of the building. If you have to keep records of every time he "bangs" the door. It is time consuming, but at least you won't have to go my your memory alone, and you'll have proof.
Before you complain, make sure he is doing it often as once a week doesn't cut it.
I agree you shouldn't have to teach this man any manners.

i lived in my old apt. for 6 years. I recently moved out due to someone bringing in cockroaches.
Anyways I fixed up that apartment so much I put in so much money into it. I have gone through 3 owners. The 3rd ownder wont give me my security deposit back. He's trying to say that all carpets were stained (only 1) hardwood floor needs to be redone. Well I redid floor does need to be restained, but who cares. When I first moved in I was getting slivers in my feet left & right.
he also said apt. smelled rotten. I cleaned that apt. I even re painted all the bedrooms. So the apt smelled like paint & bombs cuz I bomed all my stuff so I wouldnt take roaches w/me.
If I wouldnt of contacted him about my security deposit on 30 day im not sure if he would have wrote.
The only thing I should be held responsable for is the rug one stain my kids did w/iron & the door kids wrote on.
My point is he is 3rd owner he dont know condition of apt when I moved in. I need my deposit back for bills

Rental laws greatly vary depending on where you live. But in our neck of the woods, we have mediators who take care of disputes like this.
One thing he IS responsible for is to present you an itemized list, along with copies of receipts showing proof of the cost, of work done once you moved out with the deducted deposit. If he can't or won't provide them, he has to give you all of the money back. Another thing is that after a certain period if he fails to provide you with documentation detailing what was done and the costs (along with a reduced check), then he loses ALL right to deduct ANY money out of the security deposit, no matter what his cost for "fixing it up" is, and must refund you in full. If he doesn't, then he might be charged a penalty (which you would get) in addition to the full value of the security deposit. In California, that period is 21 days, check your local laws to see what it is for your area.
Small claims court is probably your best option; no lawyers are allowed on either side. Gather up all evidence, including the answering machine message, and send him a registered letter along with copies of your evidence plus your local rental laws for your area, asking that he refund the money immediately.
