Where can I find a Dutch door?
I'm looking for a dutch door (a door that is split into two halves, and you can open the top or bottom or both). My house has an added-on laundry room outside the kitchen and I would like to put a dutch door there between the laundry room and the kitchen.

Some Farm & Home stores have them. They are the type used in barn offices. We had one in our horse barn, the kind you saw in Mr. Ed.
A cheaper way is to use a electric saw cut it where u want it ,then take the wooden trim and put it where the door was cut ,my husband did this and it is beautifull . I had seen one year's ago and being the handi man he is he did it for me

You can also try applying stained glass film. It's like contact paper, but light will come through it. Put a search for it on ebay. It comes in a lot of different designs, it's very affordable, looks great when it's applied to the windows, and can easily be removed when you are tired of it. You "trace" the shape of one of the windows with tinfoil, then use that to cut a template out of cardboard. Use the cardboard template for the stained glass film, to cut out as many pieces as you need. Then you would apply soapy warm water to the window, peel the backing off of the stained glass film, and apply it to the window. Then take a soft rag and smooth out the air bubbles. Voila! :)
