DISAPPOINTED
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY I ORDERED A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT IN STOCK AND THE COMPANY DIDNT BOTHER TO TELL ME UNTILL 2 DAYS AFTER I HAD PAID FOR THE ITEM.NOTE TO SELF NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Useful, but not great
I bought it in order to save more space in my closet. It worked well, but it didn't save space in my room.
The closet reclines, and it doesn't stay straight.
In my life I learned when you don't pay a lot for something you can't expect it to be perfect.
LOVE IT!
I love this product! I recently moved my clothes to the basement to make room for my daughter's clothes upstairs. I actually purchased two of these, not realizing how spacious they are. I assembled one and will save the other for coats and snowsuits. It was easy to assemble... I was able to do it myself even though I am a short person. The price is perfect too. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for more space or storage!
pretty nice
It is really cheap and has a very large space to contain my stuff.
However it took me 40 minutes to make it up.
Rubbermaid wardrobe - ok
I purchased the Rubbermaid Wardrobe storage. It was a little difficult putting together & the upper back corner ripped. It will do for the purpose I need it for & the price I paid.

Fast Shipping
I ordered this on Sunday evening and it arrived by Tuesday afternoon. Perfect condition and right on time. 5/5
practical but uncomfortable
excellent choice for putting away my craft supplies, but it is uncomfortable to open the drawers unless you hold the unit with the other hand
Exactly what I wanted
Very nice and sturdy to store all my "stuff" that I am hording around. I've bought a few of those and very happy, just not sure why I haven't done it way earlier. I don't use wheels though, just stack them all on top of each other, so now I have well organized "wall" of well organized "stuff" and there is plenty of room for more. I am happy with my purchase. You can't beat $13 a piece and free shipping.
BUY 2 AND STACK THEM!
For people who always lose things and can't remember where/what drawer stuff is in - this is great. Not furniture, not 'attractive' ... But can see through (not totally clear, a bit opaque, and you can easily find/remember where you put things (clothes, tool, 'stuff').

I did not know for sure, but after buying 2, I found you can easily stack them into one good sized unit. You have to remove the top plastic layer of one unit and the second one will snap snugly on top to create one seamless unit.

The wheels are optional, and I am not sure how stable these would be stacked and on wheels. But on flat carpet, it's stable and sturdy when stacked (if you remove the top of one, and stack (by snapping into place) the other on-top)

Good Product
It is useful and practical. However, if you overload it, you need to get rid of the wheels. It holds a lot of stuff. I would recommend it.

BATTERY POWERED CLOSET LIGHT
OK, I MAY HAVE MISSED THAT IT NEEDED 8 AA BATTERIES. HAD I NOTICED, I WOULD HAVE NEVER BPUGHT
This isn't a light...
...it's a battery eater... Within one week and 8 batteries later..the light sucked all the juice out of the batteries and I only turned it on maybe three times. I put 8 more batteries into the light and at the end of the second week it actually ATE the batteries- they melted. I threw it in the trash.

Luck of the draw
I purchased one of these at W@l-M@rt several years ago for my kitchen pantry and it burned out the third time I turned it on. I mean, it literally burned out -- smoke and everything! I've had transformers burn out in the past and that's what this smelled like. Unfortunately, I had thrown out the receipt before this happened so I didn't even try to return it. I took a chance a year or so later and bought another one which has been working fine for the last two years.

So, I have a 50% success rate with this light. Great stats for baseball -- not so good for an electrical device. I'm considering replacing it with a battery-operated LED light since I think it would draw less current than the fluorescent light does. I gave this two stars because the second one is still working. If I hadn't tried another one, the first one definitely would have gotten a failing grade.
About the "Don't Last" Review
The review titled "Don't Last" has an interesting prespective. I agree with what he/she wrote that if left on for extented period. IN MY OPINION, these light are for short term use in a closet just to find something. If used in that manner, the light will last a long time; however, if left on for extended periods, it drains the batteries quickly. I've had one of these lights for many years and I'm VERY happy with the light the way I use it.
Hurricane lifesaver
I used this while we were without power for 5 days after Hurricane Ike and it was a lifesaver!! Planning to buy some more.

Witch
While the product is fine (hangers how bad can they be) the shipping was OUTRAGEOUS !
For the money...
If you're looking for cheap hangers, these are your best bet ... sturdy enough for hanging T-shirts and lightweight sweatshirts/hoodies, but I wouldn't count on them to hold heavier jackets/coats etc. However, my only complaint is that I ordered 4 sets of 10 hangers and received 2 sets of hangers with hooks and 2 sets of hangers without hooks ... I would have appreciated getting 4 sets of hangers all of the same type! But for the money ... they're worth it, although the shipping is expensive!
Pros & Cons
Pros:
-easy to put clothes on it
-light
-got ten of it!

Cons:
-very expensive
-cannot hang heavy clothes
think wooden hangers instead
HPI Homz Closet makes plastic clothing hangers to protect your clothing while it hangs in your closet, waiting for you to wear it.

On the bright side, these hangers are much less expensive than wooden hangers--and that's an obvious plus! They can be bought in bulk and that's economical.

However, these hangers have a feature that I DON'T like. They are flimsy and just not strong enough to hold heavier clothing even just for a day or two. Sure, you can use these to hang up tee shirts, regular shirts and maybe a few ties--but that's about it. I consistently find that when I use the bar to hang jeans, trousers and slacks the plastic bar of the hanger sooner or later bends downward, allowing my clothing to wrinkle. Not good! I definitely would NOT hang a man's or woman's suit on this hanger. It just won't keep the natural shape of the suit.

These hangers are best suited for my light weight clothing and not anything heavy. In addition, these hangers are not wide enough for X-Large or XX-Large shirts. The extra large clothing will hang down and maybe even fall off the hanger! That's another minus.

Overall, these make good hangers for shirts, ties, ladies blouses, and other lighter weight clothing. If you want a bar on the hanger to truly stand up over time get wooden hangers instead.

Sorry, folks!

Three stars.

Ok quality.
The price on these are great. Of course, when you add in shipping charges they do get a little more expensive.

For those that know plastic hangers, these are not the bigger, thicker, more sturdy type - they are on the smaller end of thickness. You can bend them by hand with little effort. So I would suggest if you are going to hang heavy garmets on them, then you might want to find a "thicker" hanger.

They work just fine for shirts and other lighter weight items.

A High-Society Closet on a Budget

Ms. Bancroft, who writes a intercourse column for Avenue ammunition, gets a lot of her clothing as gifts from conspirator friends such as Vera Wang. "With this sexual life, I go out a lot and have a genuine shot at getting photographed," she said. The get are mostly presents from friends or deals she scored at experience sales. "For me to go and through-and-through and buy something is unusual for me," she said. "There are very few pieces I'll pay full assay for without blinking."

Wearing a custom, uncivil, strapless, feathered haul someone over the coals given to her by Calypso, Ms. Bancroft said she has no intent of retreating to older, perhaps more matronly styles of clothing. "The legs are holding up. I've got piles of time to show conservative suits," she said. She pulled out a funky agglomeration by her friend artist Nicole Miller: a treacherous coat decorated with Art Deco and subliminally ethnic prints with a homologous sheath costume and skirt.

"She's heroic," said Ms. Miller. "I've never heard her say 'I'm too old for it.' Not that you wish for to go out and look cuckoo, but she's a very confident living soul."

Ms. Bancroft's bedroom closet is hung with 100 dresses in the front; in the back are skirts and blouses on a bottom rung and 30 suits on the top. Her attic, an untypical feature in New York, has the two other closets, the first correlation spring summer clothing and the other containing extended, evening dresses and skirts, including a smoky silk outfit by Carolina Herrera decorated with give-painted blossom motifs, crystals and silver-tongued threads. "There are traces of the last dinner party on it," she said, pointing to bright stains.

What do you call the plastic ends that hold the closet hanger bar?

and where can i buy them? Mines broke. they're small plastic round things that are screwed into the wall and where you place the ends of wooden rod into. The rod is about 1.25" in diameter

The closet hanger bar is actually called closet rod. Go to any hardware store, lowe's, homedepot, ace, etc. and ask for closet rod hangers or brackets. They have them in all sorts of wood and metal versions for less that $5 a set and up.

How do I rehang plain sliding closet doors. The plastic rollers won't hang on the top track?

Take another look. Do the rollers roll on top, or are they in fact within the top rail and have come out. Many inexpensive styles have flimsy metal tracks which easily deform, allowing the 'wheels' to pop out.

Should we cover our clothes with plastic before putting them in the clothes closet?

There is a theory that the clothes should be covered and another theory; which says that the clothes should not be covered in order to preserve the color and fabric of the clothes.

You should uncover them if they are in plastic. Cover them with cloth of you feel the need to cover them. They need to breathe

Is it better to burn plastic toys or toss them in the trash? We have to clear out a flooded storage closet.?

They are plastic toys like action figures, spaceships, toy soldiers and dolls and boardgames. Been sitting in water and grime for months. Would a garbage company recycle that kind of plastic or just dump them in a landfill? Should I just burn them?

The plastic is recycle able. Have you considered Goodwill or some other charity?

Is it better to burn plastic toys or toss them in the trash? We are clearing out an old flooded storage closet

The toys are action figures, spaceships, a big army mountain playset with toy soldiers and toy guns. They have been sittiing in grime and water for a few months before we moved in. Apparently, the plastic is not recyclable. Should I just burn them?

What Type of Closet Organizer is Right for You?

Contrasting Types of Closet Organizers: Wood Versus Plastic

Home arrangement is big business, and consumers are bombarded with choices when searching for the set to rights product. In terms of Closet Organizers, there are three types of systems handy: wood, plastic and metal. Use the below guide to find a product that best fits your needs.

Deadpan Closet Organizers

Wooden Closet Organizers are best suited for proficient in owners and long term tenants. Construction is required to fit a wooden custom closet, and this particular type of system is the most permanent. If you slit your home and are interested in installing a wooden closet organizer, you should get blessing from your landlord before getting started. A nice closet organizer can add value to a capital goods. Wooden systems, especially the DIY variety, require the most commitment in terms of structure and installation time, however they also offer the most lasting benefits and they are more ascetically pleasing then plastic and metal closet organizers.

Metal Closet Organizers

Metal Closet Organizers are typically less labor thorough-going to install then there wooden counterparts. Metal closet organizers are also in essence less expensive. Because they are easy to put together and take apart, this type of system is probably most appropriate for renters and people who want a quick fix. While these systems take care of to be functional, they lack in style and don't offer the same flexibility of thick closet organizers.

Plastic Closet Organizers
