Good buy for the money
I bought the chair because I'm pregnant and I wanted something to massage my lower back when the pain was getting bad. As an Amazon Prime member, the shipping was free and I got it in three days. It arrived in one box and it took about 30 minutes maximum to put together.
What's nice about this chair is that it's not one of those massage chairs with the hard rollers for the deep kneading massages. It's not uncomfortable to sit in when the chair is not in use for a massage and the ottoman is a nice feature to have because I like to put my feet up. I wasn't even aware when I bought it that it reclined and I was pleasantly surprised that it did. The reviewer that commented that the chair didn't recline enough must have wanted to lay down completely because it reclines as much as a regular recliner would. I only bought the chair for the back massage, so the fact that the ottoman massages your calves as well was a nice feature to have.
The massage that the chair offers is a vibrating massage, so if you are hoping for something deeper, more penetrating into the muscle, this chair is not a good buy for you. I find the heat to be a little much after several minutes so I generally turn it off when it's too hot. As I mentioned, I bought the chair to ease my lower back pain due to pregnancy and it relaxed me enough to make me start falling asleep, so it was successful in that regard. I gave it a four star rating because I don't love it, I definitely like it, and for the cost it was a good buy.

Great Chair with super fast shipping
I ordered the chair on a Friday, and received it the following Tuesday. Its really easy to put together (even for a girl), just follow the instructions, as far as the wiring, there is really no way to get it wrong, as long as you use common sense. The Chair looks great, works great, although the massage function is really more like a vibrate which is ok with me.

Excellent chair for the money.
Have had this recliner for over a month now. Works very well with 10 different massage patterns and 5 intensities. The heat on the lower back feels great. It is not leather, so only time will tell how durable the covering will be. It seems very well made for the price, and my wife's mom liked it so much, she ordered one too.

Returned this chair
I did alot of searching for an economical massage chair and settled on this make and model. Once I received it, the intensity level wouldn't not adjust up or down even though the remote lists 1-5 as intensity levels. The heat is isolated to just the lumbar area, it's functional. The vibe doesn't go high enough on the shoulders, the ottoman calf massager is anemic and sits too low with the chair to get full contact on my calves.
Otherwise the chair is just plain uncomfortable, doesn't recline back far enough to get into a good position. I returned the chair, waste of my money but you might find it to be OK. It's well built, it just didn't suit me and other than the intensity not changing it was fine.
You can do better with your money.

Relaxzen Massage Chair
This is a great chair for the money. The foot stool heater doesn't heat very much, but everything else is great>
