Lower back pain relief - fast!
I'm in my eighth month of pregnancy and experiencing pelvic pain and SI joint pain from tight ligaments and hip flexors, leaving my baby malpositioned. This type of chair was recommended to help relieve this tightness so I ordered the yogachair with standard shipping from Amazon. It arrived in two days!! I took it to work this morning and it didn't even take 30 minutes to set up. I know it will need some tightening over time, but the allen wrench you use to put it together has a storage spot just under the seat cushion so you won't lose it. I sat down and instantly felt all of my tight areas release. Plus, like another reviewer said, you just can't help but sit straight and tall on this chair.

The one thing I will say is I'm not sure how this would fit a taller person. I'm 5'8" and it fits me well, plus I could see it fitting shorter people well, though they may have to adjust their keyboard height down. The seat and knee pads are pretty long, so maybe there is enough room for taller people to adjust, but certainly not the tallest.

Exceptional value and comfort
The Yoga Chair has completely vanquished my lower back pain with its unconventional design. This chair really helped my back
I always thought these chairs looked ridiculous, but when I began to have a recurrence of back spasms I realized my standard "ergonomic" office chair was to blame. I bought one of these YogaChairs to use sitting at my desk and working on the computer. Within a few weeks my back once again felt great! The chair doesn't look very comfortable but when you actually sit in it for a few hours, it is! The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the construction of the chair, which involves screws, is a little flimsy if someone of average size (me) is going to be putting their weight on the chair all day, and I have had some issues with screws stripping their holes and working their way out of the frame. On the plus side, while the chair is not the greatest workmanship, it is very light, easy to assemble, easy to carry around and if you spill Coke or something on the seat, the fabric easily wipes clean. I recommend this chair to anyone of normal/ average weight/ size (sadly the chair probably won't be able to hold you if you're too heavy) who has to sit all day at a desk or computer and whose back suffers as a result.

Eh - one and done
I have to agree with the aspect that this chair is not long for this world. Just received it the other day. Very easy to assemble. Quite possibly will be just as easy to break. This chair is not sturdy and I agree - its way too expensive at $99 for the quality. I think $25-$45 would be fair. This chair will easily/soon be broken for folks weighing over 200 lbs - or if you accidently put all your weight on one knee while getting up, or first sitting down...

If it had a wood connection in the front, as it does in the back, then the legs wouldn't be so pliable/flimsy.

Would not buy again.

Process, not product
I ordered an executive chair, and was sent a task chair. Sending it back was an expensive proposition. They didn't send me a pro-forma invoice, or a chit for return postage, or a return through UPS chit. Therefore, I had to pay to send it back at my cost, $25+/- It was damn near prohibitively expensive, and I thought about just keeping the chair.

Nice chair, but description is MISLEADING....
We just received this chair. It is firm yet comfortable, and very easy to put together, but keep in mind that attaching the back of the chair to the bottom of a chair may be a challenge, as my spouse had to jimmy the screws around a bit to get them to line up through the bottom's metal plate (about 1/8-1/4 inch "off"). It's very comfortable, and although the armrests don't move inward as I thought they would (only height adjustable), you can actually screw the arms into the bottom of the chair along an adjustable screw bar to adjust how far in/out you want the arms (good to know if you're buying the chair for a large person). **SPECIAL NOTE: When Boss says this chair has a height adjustable back, that isn't true. You can adjust the DEPTH, but the height of the back of the chair is set and there aren't any other screw holes to adjust the height of the back of the chair. So, in my case, the lumbar support hits a bit too low, but it still feels very ergonomic. If you need to be able to adjust the height of the back of the chair for lumbar support, it isn't available on this chair.
Yet overall, I feel this is a very good value for the $$. If I had wanted all available chair bells and whistles, I would have ordered a $200 chair. The seat is very supportive and the chair height adjustment works well.

This chair is a good sturdy office chair made of quality material. The only problem I have with it is that I can't figure out how to lock the chair once it's in place, it always slides up and down. This could be my fault though and hopefully will figure it out eventually.

Poorly Mad Narrow Chair
I was happy to receive this chair so soon after I ordered it and while unravelling the packaging I found myself resonably satisfied with the quality of the material. The assembly went pretty smooth, until the Asian emnpire striked back. The upright and horizontal cushions are tied together via one piece arms, each taking four bolts that are tightened into inserts on the sides of the cushions. One insert on one side was not installed properly so one bolt could not be installed as it was meant to be. The chair is now held together with three bolts on one side instead of four. Not sure if this means I will be maimed or killed first.

There is a more serious issue with this chair; it is incredibly narrow and small. It is defenitely a chair made for petite and narrow people. It looks bigger in the photo and the dimensions provided are deceiving. I am going to return this chair one hour after receiving it.

Very good chair for home office
I purchased this chair for my home office a few months ago hoping that it would provide some relief after working many hours hunched over my desk sitting on a folding chair. It came literally the day after I ordered it (paid for standard shipping so major ++) and only took about 30 minutes to put together and it came with all necessary parts/tools - as close to fool proof as advertised. The chair is very comfortable and allows your back to breathe without issue. You can control both the adjustable height of the chair as well as the tilt & give for the back which is quite nice. I am 6'1 205 lbs and do not have any issues with the height regardless of whether it is at its highest of lowest adjustment. I am very happy with this chair and recommend it to all that ask.

Sturdy, attractive and durable
I'm not one that big on "assembly required products" But I thought this was a fair price and decided to give it a try.

Pros:
Nice looking chair, actually better than I expected.
Holds weight well.
Shipping was quick
All adjustments work well....tension, height adjustments, swivel etc.
Not that difficult to put together, however...

Cons:
When connecting the arm rests to the seat and back in order to get the holes aligned for the screws, it would be best at this point to have a 2nd person to help since it has to be pushed, pulled and insert screws, that took a little time and a couple of attempts.

Overall I would recommend this chair to a friend or family member, even though I've had it only a few days I feel as if it's going to last quite a while.

Great Chair
I purchased one for my computer desk. I also work from home and use my laptop on a standard desk. This chair is so comfortable i purchased another one for my second desk. It was not difficult to put together. It would have been easier if they used regular screws instead of allen wrench screws. I would recommend this chair. It is sturdy and supportive, especially if you need to spend long periods at the computer.

Most comfortable office chair!
This chair is the best office chair I have ever had. I have a bad back and this chair provides great back support along with being very, very comfortable. Terrible
Had the chair for about 9 months and the arm rests on it snapped. It's pretty much a plastic frame, the metal inside the plastic are only on the sides of the chair, the metal isn't there for support just to help hold the screws in. The chair itself also has almost no padding, feels like you're sitting on plastic.

Just a total waste and a piece of crap.

Ive had this chair for 7 yrs use it every day and have had no problems ! occasionally the screws holding the back on will get loose but thats minor , its a very comfortable chair to me , its true the arm rest are not adjustable but to me their just the right height ! its a good solid chair highly recommend .

Nov. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Annual mammograms for most women in their 40s have more drawbacks than benefits, said a panel of U.S. doctors that recommended women lacuna until age 50 to start getting soul cancer screening tests every two years.

The transformation in guidelines released by the U.S. Inoculant Service Work Force , a administration-backed physician number, said women in their 40s are more able to get false-sure tests that can part to unnecessary biopsies and appetite. The recommendations, which also said that self-examinations were dispensable, don’t apply to women who offer a high peril for breast cancer. Those women should talk to their doctors about when to get screening, the panel said.

The new guidelines, published yesterday in the Annals of Internal Cure-all , pit the task significance in effect against the American Cancer Association , which insisted doctors should still admonish women to sustain routine annual screening starting at age 40. About 64 percent of women ages 40 to 49 had an X-ray of their breasts during the former two years, the panel’s write-up said.

“This is not a blanket prompting not to worry until age 50,” said Diana Petitti , a blight epidemiologist at Arizona Ceremonial University in Tempe, Arizona, and iniquity chair of the panel. “It’s a promotion to have a discussion with your physician to excel understand the business-offs between starting exams now and starting later.”

I have a very simple computer chair--not a fancy office chair or anything. I was was wondering if I could spray paint the black plastic frame of the chair with a gold metallic spray. I would cover the fabric so it doesn't get paint on it. Would the paint stick? Would it flake off? Do I need a primer? Thanks!

Plastic is a difficult thing to advise you on in regards to painting as there are many diff types and some will take paint and some wont.
I suggest you do a small trial on the underside of chair using a spirit (not enamel) based paint, be sure to thoroughly clean the surface with spirit based cleaner as this will soften the plastic and help paint to stick. there are also products that are designed to make paint stick to any surface. I suggest that your local specialty paint shop could help with these products.
