Good Choice
After spinal surgery, I needed to sit down to shower. I couldn't step into and out of the tub, so I used the stool in a shower stall. Recently (five months after surgery) I was able to remove the stool from the shower. Now I keep the stool in the bathroom to use while getting dressed.

good quality
This works. The handles on the side are very helpful. The rubber feet hold a little water, so there can be slight staining on the shower floor over time, but it is easily removed. The adjustable legs allowed for level seating even on my sloped shower floor. I have 6 months use with it and no complaints with my 200 lb body.

Finally I can shower without pain.

Quality Bath Bench
I purchased this for my wife who is only five ft. tall thus we needed a bench adjustable for her size. The height adjustment is user friendly and I am very pleased with it.

The assembly was very easy and there were no tools required. The legs are held on by five hand screws that have nice large wings which make it easy to fasten them down. You fasten these to metal nuts that are molded into the bench. The only thing you could get wrong is to try to assemble the B leg before the A leg. However, that should not be a problem as everything is well marked.

The warranty for this product is three years and there is a 1-800 number for the warranty.

This is a very well thought out bath bench that we use in a shower. It is not designed for a small shower or small bath tub. If you are wondering if this will suit your location, use the following information. The important dimensions are as follows. The width of the feet: 17-1/2 inches on the outside. The depth is actually larger from the front to the back and this is 18-1/2 inches.

Exatly what I needed and wanted
The bench came put together. The problem was no instructions on how to raise the bench. Once we figured out that the gray bands with pins were removable and the legs moved, we had the right height. It is very sturdy and I enjoy my showers now without worrying about falling.

Great stability
The heavy Duty Bariatric Bench Bath is light weight, but due to stabilizing crossbars is perfect.
I owned the same kind of bench bath without the bars, and in time, the legs splayed and was no

It Beats the Benchmark
This is a great bench, and its several benefits are well worth the slightly higher cost than the cheaper, less dependable, benches. It is extremely sturdy, which I needed for the elderly person I bought it for. It just sits there, solid as a rock, but can easily be slid to different positions in the shower. I especially like the fact that it can raised or lowered in height, if necessary. I extremely love the fact that it came fully assembled! I've bought too many--far too many--of those "some assembly required" or "easy to assemble" items. With this one, you just take it right out of the box and use it immediately. Nothing has to be done to it. I've found nothing wrong with it thus far, and would definitely buy another one if I needed it, and highly recommend it to others.

I am a 43 year old woman who weighs 175 pounds (5'9) who had foot surgery 2 weeks ago. I purchased this chair before the surgery - it arrived very quickly! It was very easy to put together - no tools required. I recommend getting a chair with a back - makes a world of difference. I also recommend that you measure the space you plan on using it in. Moscow's first-class-known bathhouse, Sanduny, is the outwit place to go into. "Who hasn't visited Sanduny, hasn't seen Moscow," reads a watchword inside the bathhouse. That's certainly an enlargement, but saying that those who haven't visited Sanduny haven't visited a banya would be a no less so.

Located in the concentrate of Moscow, the bathhouse mixes a unreasonable historical personal with all the components of the routine Russian banya.

The men's group is divided into three classes, with the most upscale being "vyshi razryad" ("top bearing").

A benchmark two-hour assembly there would set you back 1,600 roubles, with an extraordinarily 800 roubles charged for each additional hour.

After checking coats, patrons file the changing cell, which probably hasn't changed much since the bathhouse, established in 1806, underwent bigger renovation in 1896 -- and it doesn't strictly look like a changing accommodation at first sight.

Its key section is occupied by hanker leather banquettes, and a champion is expected to take one of the numbered seats on them and get undressed, unless he has infatuated a booth. The sample has 13 booths for three to eight people, handy at 2,800 roubles to 5,000 roubles for a two-hour period, depending on competence. Green lamp shades and analogous curtains that share out the booths from the out-and-out area add to the "consequential" sensation.

The changing lodgings is also the place to buy bunches of verdant twigs ("veniki"), and hire out a sheet (120-170 roubles), a towel (80 roubles) or a habit (170 roubles) if you haven't brought your own. Sanduny offers two kinds of veniki: birch, which is softer, and oak. Both are accessible at 200 roubles. Here you can also buy slippers and a felt banya hat, the account of which you will appreciate once you invade the steam accommodation.

I am 76 years old and my husband is 77. He is diabetic and does dialysis 3 times weekly. our bath rooms are small and the doors are narrow, so that makes it hard for him to get his power chair in the bath rooms. So we need bath rooms made over. thank you so very much.

Call some local contractors for quotes on expanding the door openings to use larger doors. Or look into another brand of wheelchair like the Hoveround...may be easier to manuever in your existing doorways and rooms.... rather than the expense of making new doorways.
