8 cups egg bread -- cubed
1 cup raisins
3 cups 2% low-fat milk
1 cup evaporated low-fat milk
6 eggs -- beaten
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Arrange bread and raisins in bottom of lightly greased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Beat remaining ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
Pour over bread cubes in baking dish and let stand for 1 hour, or until liquid is absorbed. Bake at 375ÂşF for 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

6 slices day-old bread
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over bread. If desired, sprinkle with raisins.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.

I love the steak at sizzlers, but I love the service at home town buffet. how about you
It depends on what I want! Sizzlers has great steak and potatoes. Home Town Buffet has very good fried chicken and the BEST macaroni and cheese, along with lots of other goodies. Neither has any service to speak of in my location!! Unless I had a specific craving, I'd have to flip a coin to decide between them.
