The big one at the Rio. They have a pancake bar and bananas foster. They both go great with a full plate of bacon and sausage. Don't miss it.
The other idea is to eat at the Character buffet at Contemporary. I kind of wanted to eat at the park so that when we finish eating we could get right back to our day and not wayste time driving back and forth.

My opinion, since it's a character breakfast, I honestly think you can't go wrong anywhere with breakfast. Especially the idea of already being in the park rather than eating and commuting to the Animal Kingdom by bus from the Contemporary. Just a suggestion. I've eaten at Chef Mickey/Contemporary it was fun and good...and Polynesian...fun and good...and others. If it was for dinner, then I'd be a little more cautious about it.

One can have breakfast in the more formal Restaurant or in the random Veranda Cafe. We preferred the Veranda Cafe; there was much more brand and selection and it was light and bright and airy.
