Customer Reviews
Love to Shop
This is such a great price for this shade. It really darkens a room and it is so nice. I just love it. Looking at the other reviews, I see where some of the customers stated that this shade did not come in a box, I cannot believe that, but mine did. The shade was in plastic inside of a sturdy box. It was not damaged at all. I will order another one, but in a different size if they have it. You can't go wrong with this shade. GREAT bargain.

Way too expansive!
Shortly after I purchased some Redi Shade for my new home, I found out cheapest mini-blinds cost $10 at big box home improvement stores. 48-by-64 is about $15. I returned all unopened Redi Shade and bought some cheap mini-blinds instead. It takes 5 minutes to install mini-blinds vs. 1 minute for Redi Shade. For temporary window cover, cheap mini-blinds are much more cost effective than Redi Shade. Temporary window covers aren't as temporary as I hope. It was 9 month later before I replaced my "temporary" window covers. During the 9 months, the Redi Shade fell off multiple times and it is harder to operate compare to mini-blind. I ended up replacing my temporary Redi Shade with a temporary mini-blind. When installing the temporary mini-blinds, I use one screw per bracket and patching up the holes is easy. Even if I don't patch the holes, one little hole won't be noticeable if you aren't looking for it. I'm going to donate my temporary mini-blinds to Habitat for Humanity, so they will not be wasted.

Great Shade
This shade does what it says, it darkens your room! It conveniently pulls up and stays up. I would only recommend getting stronger double sided tape to hold it up on your wall.

So well made and wonderful for privacy
I am using these for window treatments in a new house I am remodeling. These are very well made and look great! As good as the mega buck pleated ones at Lowe's etc. For the money, awesome.

Good for a baby room
Works great - really darkens the room. Easy to trim/install. Looses 1 star as the peel-and-stick pads used to attach the shade to the top of the window came off after 1.5 months. They actually detached not from the window, but from the shade itself. I guess this is that "temporary" part of the product name :)
